The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Unlock Solutions On ordering from unlocksolutionsonline you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
Delivery
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5 working days.
Worldwide delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail First Class International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary , from 2-10 working days.
Unlock Solutions is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed as a result of this.
Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.
Payments placed online will be placed on Paypal Services Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Submitted details are processed directly by Paypal Merchant Services.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
Unlock Solutions Online will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, password-protected servers.
We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Unlock Solutions Online web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

Returns Policy
We operate a 14 days return period as explained below.
All the products on sale from web site have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please e-mail us at:-

Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 14 days will be replaced.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less Paypal fee and postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made. However any unlocking clips, debranding packs or any other one time use items are exempt from this, as our policy is not to supply these types of items to be used by the customer then returned for refund or exchange, unless found to have a manufacturing fault.
Refunds by Paypal are made to the same Paypal E-mail that was used for the purchase.
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
Fraud
Unlock Solutions will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.
